FloWorks International, a Houston-based valve and pipe fittings provider, broke ground on a 245,000-square-foot industrial warehouse and operations facility in Pearland, Texas.
FloWorks International LLC, a specialty flow control distribution platform backed by Clearlake Capital, acquired Flotech, Inc., a distributor and servicer of industrial valves with locations in Florida, South Carolina and Alabama. The deal was reported on October 5, 2022.
Sunbelt Supply's affiliate FloWorks International acquired Oliver Equipment Company, a Houston-based specialty rotating equipment and packaged systems provider with five branches. Terms were not disclosed.
