Protecall

Nationwide Cooling Group, LLC, a portfolio company of Edgewater Growth Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of Protecall Corp., a provider of HVAC protective coatings, IAQ solutions, and restoration services based in Scott Township, Pennsylvania.

Protecall CA, LLC will acquire the High-Performance Coatings and Transportation divisions of Wilsenergy in Temecula, California, effective September 1, 2023. The acquisition adds a coating center in California to Protecall's existing operations.
