Atlas Copco to acquire German vacuum distributor Ehrler and Beck
Atlas Copco agreed to acquire Ehrler and Beck GmbH, a distributor of vacuum equipment and services based in Renningen, Germany with 15 employees. The purchase price was not disclosed and the deal is expected to close in January 2021.
