AD, a buying group for independent distributors, announced an intent to merge with The Baron Group, a buying group serving groundwater, well and pump distributors, with closing expected June 30, 2023. The combined members have almost 100 locations across the US and Canada.
AD finalized a merger agreement with PVF buying group Delta Distributors, effective January 1, 2021, bringing collective member sales in AD's PVF Division to over $11 billion.
