SMX Industrial Solutions, a portfolio company of Emko Capital, has acquired Preston Eastin, a manufacturer of robotic and welding positioning systems based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The acquisition expands SMX's product line in advanced fabrication and welding solutions.

Patriot Capital Group announced an investment in the newly formed Gautier Steel Holdings Inc. ESOP, partnering with Mosaic Capital Partners, Tecum Capital and Salem Investment Partners. The transaction consolidates ownership of a bar mill and a plate mill in Johnstown, Pennsylvania under common ownership.
