DiaSys Diagnostic Systems

Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Germany-based DiaSys Diagnostic Systems GmbH on December 1, 2023. DiaSys is now a majority-owned subsidiary of Mindray.

Mindray Netherlands, a subsidiary of Chinese medical device maker Mindray, purchased a 75% stake in German company DiaSys Diagnostic Systems from Gorka Holding for EUR 115 million. Mindray and Gorka will also add EUR 30 million and EUR 10 million respectively for business development.

Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics acquired a 75% stake in DiaSys Diagnostic Systems GmbH, a German specialist in diagnostic system solutions. The deal aims to support DiaSys's global supply platform and expand Mindray's presence in clinical chemistry.

Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. has agreed to acquire 75% equity interest in DiaSys Diagnostic Systems GmbH from Gorka Holding GmbH for a preliminary cash consideration of approximately €115 million. The acquisition will support Mindray's IVD business expansion.
