KMP Far East Pte Ltd

Invicta Holdings, through its subsidiary KMP Holdings, has purchased a 50% stake in KMP Far East Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based supplier of aftermarket heavy-duty diesel engine parts. The effective date of the acquisition was April 1, 2023.
