Bruschi S.p.A., a zinc die-casting specialist, has finalized the acquisition of 100% of Sapre S.r.l., a company specializing in non-ferrous alloys, to enter the aluminum die-casting market. The acquisition adds 50 employees, bringing the total to 270 across three plants in Italy and the U.S.
