Linde makes firm offer to acquire remaining shares of South Africa's Afrox
Linde Offeror announced a firm intention to acquire the Afrox shares not already owned by the Linde group, via a scheme of arrangement and standby offer, leading to Afrox's delisting. Afrox is a South African industrial gases company.
