ERG completes sale of Priolo Gargallo CCGT plant to Achernar Energy
ERG, through its subsidiary ERG Power Generation S.p.A., closed the sale of the entire share capital of ERG Power S.r.l., which owns the combined cycle gas turbine cogeneration plant at Priolo Gargallo, Sicily, to Achernar Energy S.p.A. The deal was completed on October 17, 2023, following conditions precedent including the golden power procedure.
