Cleanwater1, a portfolio company of Baird Capital, completed the acquisition of Velocity Dynamics, a provider of dry and liquid feed systems for water and wastewater treatment.

Veralto has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cleanwater1, a provider of on-site hypochlorite disinfection and solids management technologies, for $465 million. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026.
