SK Pucore

SKC signed a memorandum of understanding to sell its 100% stake in SK Pucore to Glenwood Private Equity for approximately 500 billion won ($390 million). The deal is expected to close in July 2023, with proceeds used to expand copper foil production and acquire other companies.
