Power & Digital Infrastructure Acquisition II Corp

Montana Technologies LLC, developer of AirJoule HVAC and water harvesting technology, announced a business combination with Power & Digital Infrastructure Acquisition II Corp, a SPAC. The deal implies a pro forma enterprise value of $500 million and will result in Montana Technologies becoming publicly listed on NASDAQ.
