Polymer Resources Ltd. completed the expansion and enhancement of its compounding facility in Rochester, New York, upgrading an existing building to support a 40% increase in overall compounding capacity. The expansion includes new grinding and shredding equipment to handle more postindustrial and postconsumer reclaim.

Polymer Resources Ltd. expanded capacity at its Rochester, N.Y., plant by 40% through installation of a 65mm Coperion twin-screw extruder moved from its Farmington, Conn., facility. The company also added plant and office space in Rochester.

Polymer Resources completed the expansion and enhancement of its compounding facility in Rochester, N.Y., increasing overall compounding capacity by 40%. The facility was expanded from 35,000 ft² to 60,000 ft² and includes increased grinding and shredding capacity for recycling plastic waste.
