Schenck Process Food and Performance Materials

Hillenbrand has completed the acquisition of the Schenck Process Food and Performance Materials business from Schenck Process Group for an enterprise value of approximately $730 million, adding over 1,300 employees and complementary technologies.

Schenck Process Group agreed to sell its Food and Performance Materials business to Hillenbrand, Inc. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2023, subject to regulatory approvals.
