Candour Techtex received a trial order for 6,700 meters of laminated fabric for parachutes from MS Oriental Weaving & Processing Mills, supplying to DRDO's ADRDE, and a Rs 1 crore lamination project from Reliance Industries for 100,000 meters of automotive fabric.

Candour Techtex Limited received its first trial order for 6,700 meters of laminated fabrics from Oriental Weaving & Processing Mills Pvt Ltd, for final supply to ADRDE Agra (DRDO) for parachute manufacturing.

Candour Techtex, a Malegaon JR Group company, ordered a second, wider coating and lamination line from UK-based Amba Projex after being satisfied with the first line. The line is for technical textile production at Candour's new plant in Malegaon, Maharashtra.

Indian technical textile supplier Candour Techtex has ordered a second, larger coating and lamination line from UK textile technology firm Amba Projex to meet booming demand. Amba will work with Candour over five years to establish an Indian technical textiles hub.

Candour Techtex Ltd opened a new 75,000-square-foot coating and lamination plant in Malegaon, Nashik, in 2023, in collaboration with Amba Projex UK, to produce coated fabrics and technical textiles.
