Apollo Management Group

The European Commission approved the acquisition of sole control of Arconic by Arsenal AIC Parent LLC, an investment vehicle controlled by Apollo Management.

Private equity firm Apollo Management Group is set to acquire Arconic, an aluminum products company, at $30 per share. The deal is expected to close before the end of 2023.
