Mantinga

Lithuanian bakery Mantinga partnered with Starfrost to install a fourth Helix spiral freezer, capable of freezing over 1.5 tonnes of laminated dough products per hour, as part of an £18 million investment in facilities.

Mantinga, a Baltic food producer, launched a new production line for layered pastry products at its factory in Marijampolė, Lithuania. The EUR 14.5 million investment will create 60-70 new jobs and produce over 50 different products.
