WinCup

WinCup, an Atar Capital affiliate, acquired ConverPack, a Florida-based manufacturer of disposable paper cups, including its paper cup manufacturing capabilities, announced July 8, 2025.

Following Atar Capital's acquisition of WinCup, Brad Laporte was appointed chief executive officer and Michael Winters president and chief revenue officer.

Atar Capital has completed the acquisition of WinCup, a Georgia-headquartered maker of foodservice packaging, from funds managed by BlackRock. WinCup operates eight manufacturing facilities and employs nearly 1,000 people; financial terms were not disclosed.
