Satake has partnered with Depart to install a 50TPH rice mill for Okean in Azerbaijan, featuring Satake's REACH 3.0 modular mills.

Depart, a subsidiary of Alapala Holding, entered into a collaboration agreement with Italy's Dolzan Packaging on April 6, 2024. Depart Packaging Solutions will oversee sales and marketing of Dolzan's automatic packaging machines.

Alapala Holding's Depart signed an agreement with ISG Pack to offer wrapping, shrink wrap and vacuum machines, with Depart managing sales and marketing of ISG Pack in many countries.

Depart, a subsidiary of Alapala Holding, signed a representation agreement with Italian packaging machinery manufacturer DM Packaging to conduct sales and marketing of DM's primary horizontal packaging flowpack systems in Turkey and other countries.
