Snetor signed a joint venture agreement with Coansa in San José, Costa Rica, on July 3, 2023, creating Coansa Snetor and providing for Snetor to acquire up to 51% of Coansa's plastics distribution business in Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador.
France's Snetor Group acquired plastics distributor Gazechim Plastics, with the deal signed on 27 July 2020 and creating a group with about 300 staff and EUR 1.2 billion in consolidated revenue.
