Sinoma International Engineering signed a cooperation agreement with National West Industrial Holding (NWIH) to undertake a US$600 million EPC project for the Melka-Jebdu industrial park in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia, including a 6000tpd cement plant, lime and metal production plants.
