Feraal and Tosyali signed a protocol to form a joint venture to build a unit producing 500,000 tonnes/year of iron ore concentrate from the Gara Djebilet mine in Bechar, Algeria. Investment is estimated at $120-150 million, with construction expected within 24 months.
