SECURE Energy Services Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to sell facilities formerly owned by Tervita Corporation to Waste Connections Inc. for $1.075 billion in cash plus adjustments, totaling estimated proceeds of $1.150 billion. The sale is subject to regulatory approvals with closing targeted in Q1 2024.
