Ferrum and KHS take over H. F. Meyer Maschinenbau effective January 2025
Ferrum Packaging AG and KHS GmbH are taking over H. F. Meyer Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG, a can-seaming and canning technology maker in Neustadt in Holstein, effective 1 January 2025. H. F. Meyer will remain an independent company within the group.

KHS GmbH agreed, pending antitrust approval, to acquire a stake in Ferrum Packaging AG, while Ferrum Packaging Inc. takes over KHS's can seaming business to combine can technology in a joint offer.
