RISE Group

The RISE Group, Inc., an employee-owned energy and field services provider, has acquired DG Service Company, an HVAC and refrigeration contractor based in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts. The acquisition strengthens RISE's mechanical and HVAC contracting capabilities in New England.

RISE Group, Inc. acquired Air Masters HVAC of NE, Inc., a 23-person commercial HVAC and building automation firm based in Fall River, Massachusetts, in April 2023. Terms were not disclosed.
