LH Lift Oy

JOST Werke SE has signed a purchase agreement to acquire LH Lift Oy, a Finnish manufacturer of three-point linkages and hitches for agricultural tractors. LH Lift has production sites in Finland and China with about 88 employees.

JOST Werke SE signed agreements to acquire 100% of Crenlo do Brasil (Brazilian off-highway and agricultural machinery cab manufacturer) and LH Lift Oy (Finland, three-point linkage and hitches) for a combined purchase price of EUR 56 million.

JOST has signed agreements to acquire 100% of Crenlo do Brasil, a Brazilian manufacturer of applications for agricultural and off-highway machinery, and LH Lift Oy, a Finnish maker of three-point linkages and hitches for tractors. The combined purchase price is EUR 56 million, expected to add around EUR 100 million in sales.
