Jindal Poly Films Limited announced a scheme of arrangement to demerge its Nonwoven Fabrics Business division into its wholly-owned subsidiary Global Nonwovens Limited, effective from April 1, 2025.

Jindal Poly Films Ltd has purchased 100% shareholding of Global Nonwovens Limited (GNL) via a Share Purchase Agreement, making GNL a wholly owned subsidiary. The target company deals in non-woven items for industrial applications.
