Soyuztekstil-ST and Belarusian Orsha Flax Mill plan to invest 1.5 billion rubles in a joint production of nonwoven materials in Kursk Oblast, Russia. The project is import-substituting and will produce spunlace fabric for diapers, hygiene products, and PPE.
