Boundary Electric joined Ampere Alliance, a newly formed group of electrical infrastructure companies including SABRE Ltd. and Summit Electric, to collaborate on medium- and high-voltage manufacturing and integrated power solutions.

Sabre Instrument Services, a Canadian integrator of industrial control systems, has acquired Summit Electric, an industrial electrical contracting company based in British Columbia, to expand its presence in Western Canada.
