Lummus Technology wins contract for butadiene complex in Atyrau, Kazakhstan
Lummus Technology received a contract from Butadiene LLP to supply multiple technologies for a new petrochemical complex in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. The complex will produce 85,000 t/y of isobutylene, 120,000 t/y of butadiene, and 40,000 t/y of MTBE, with completion scheduled for 2025.
