Eurotec

Carel Industries completed its acquisition of Eurotec, a New Zealand-based distributor of HVAC, refrigeration, and measurement systems, to expand in the APAC South region.

CAREL signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Eurotec, a distributor and system integrator based in Auckland, New Zealand, with revenues of approximately NZD 10.9 million.
