MEL (Moscow Electrical Equipment and Lifts) has begun construction of a new workshop for producing lift and electrical switchgear equipment in the Golyanovo district of Moscow. The investment exceeds 400 million rubles, and the facility is expected to double output to 4,000 lifts annually, creating over 80 jobs.
