McLanahan finalized the acquisition of Diefenbach, an Italian manufacturer of filter presses and thickeners, in September 2023. The acquisition was first announced in February 2023.

McLanahan Corporation signed an agreement to acquire Diefenbach, an Italian manufacturer of filter presses and thickeners based in Medolago, Italy. The acquisition is expected to close in Q2 2023.
