Makro Labelling

Sidel Group, a global leader in packaging machinery, announced the acquisition of Makro Labelling Srl, an Italian company specializing in modular labeling machines. Makro will maintain its autonomy, operational headquarters, management, and sales channels.

The Sidel Group has acquired Makro Labelling, an Italian supplier of modular labelling machines, to expand its product range in advanced labelling technology. Financial terms were not disclosed.
