NextChem to acquire 51% stake in Biorenova's CatC chemical recycling technology
Maire Tecnimont's subsidiary NextChem signed an agreement to acquire a 51% stake in a new company that will own Biorenova's CatC continuous chemical recycling technology for recovering monomers from plastic waste. The deal is expected to close by 30 April 2023.
