Nippon Soda to expand NISSO HPC production capacity at Niigata plant
Nippon Soda announced a 10 billion yen investment to increase production capacity of pharmaceutical excipient NISSO HPC (hydroxypropyl cellulose) at its Nihongi plant in Joetsu, Niigata. Capacity will be increased 1.5 times, with commercial operation expected in the first half of fiscal 2026.
