LKQ Europe

CIAK Grupa, through its subsidiary C.I.A.K. Auto, agreed to purchase STAHLGRUBER Trgovina in Slovenia and SIM IMPEX in Bosnia from LKQ Europe. The acquisition of STAHLGRUBER Trgovina has been finalized, while the purchase of SIM IMPEX is pending regulatory approval.

LKQ Europe, a subsidiary of LKQ Corporation, has acquired Dutch-based Rhenoy Group, a supplier of remanufactured engines and recycled OEM car parts with facilities in the Netherlands and Poland. Terms were not disclosed.
