De Jong Packaging completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Bangma Verpakking, adding an erecting center in Dronten, the Netherlands, after Dutch competition approval.
De Jong Verpakking Holding, a Dutch corrugated board manufacturer, took over Bangma Verpakking in Dronten, gaining a presence in Flevoland. The Dutch competition authority approved the deal; the amount was not disclosed.
