Modineer

Modineer, in coordination with Tecma Group, has inaugurated a new 145,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. The plant will produce metal components for automotive and military applications, with over $30 million invested and plans to employ 130 initially, with 350 additional jobs projected by 2023.

Modineer Co., Inc. has acquired Pulverman, a Pennmark Technologies Company, based in Dallas, PA. Pulverman is a provider of custom fabricated metal products serving heavy and medium-duty truck, off-highway, HVAC, and other markets.
