CMS Nextech, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, acquired Aire Rite, a California-based air conditioning and refrigeration company. The acquisition expands CMS Nextech's reach into Southern California and brings its technician count to over 1,100.

CMS Nextech acquired CMI Mechanical, a commercial HVAC and refrigeration service company based in Denver, Colorado. The acquisition was finalized in December 2022 and adds approximately 30 employees.

CMS Nextech acquired DegreeOne, a nationwide HVAC, refrigeration, and food service company. The acquisition was finalized in July 2022 and expands coverage in California, Arizona, Washington, and Connecticut.
