Thermopatch

Avery Dennison announced the acquisition of Thermopatch, a company with operations in North America and Europe, which will become part of Avery Dennison's Solutions Group.

Avery Dennison signed an agreement to acquire Thermopatch, a provider of labeling and embellishments for sports, industrial laundry, workwear and hospitality. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2023, with Thermopatch becoming part of Avery Dennison's RBIS Apparel Solutions division.
