Standard Investment acquires Quadient's automated packaging business, renamed Sparck Technologies
Dutch investment firm Standard Investment acquired Quadient's Automated Packaging Solution business and its Drachten, Netherlands production facility. The business has been rebranded Sparck Technologies and continues to sell CVP automated packaging systems.
