Osstem Implant

Osstem Implant brought its manufacturing facility in Brazil into full operation, completing its Global 4-Region Manufacturing Belt with plants in South Korea, the US, China, and Brazil. The company also completed an R&D complex in Songdo, South Korea, and acquired Implacil in Brazil.

Osstem Implant signed an investment agreement with Cheonan City on August 16, 2024, to expand its investment in a production facility and R&D center in Cheonan Techno Park from KRW 140 billion to KRW 374.2 billion. The project will cover 80,911 square meters and create 205 new jobs, with completion by 2031.

Osstem Implant is building a second plant in Busan's Seokdae Advanced Industrial Complex, with a total floor area of 13,700 m². The plant will produce 13 million implant sets annually, raising total capacity to 30 million sets. Mass production is targeted for the second half of 2023.
