Hahn & Company acquired a 100% stake in Cynosure through Lutronic for approximately 350 billion won, and signed a merger agreement between Lutronic and Cynosure, expected to close in Q1 2024.

Cynosure and Lutronic have entered into a definitive merger agreement to combine, creating a global leader in medical aesthetic systems. Terms were not disclosed.

Lutronic plans to build a new factory at its headquarters in Goyang, South Korea, with a total floor area of 16,080 m². Completion is targeted for 2024 to consolidate production bases and expand capacity.
