(IWS), in partnership with Sciens Water Opportunities Management, has acquired 100% of Hyperion International Technologies, LLC, a developer of industrial control systems for the water sector based in Austin, TX. The acquisition expands IWS's product and service solutions.

Sciens Water has acquired M|MBR Systems, a provider of membrane bioreactor (MBR) technologies for wastewater treatment. M|MBR will drive MBR-related products and services under the Veyra umbrella.
