Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd acquired a majority share in Serbian radar sensor company NOVELIC for EUR 40.5 million, including share acquisition and capital infusion. The deal closed on September 5, 2023.

Sona BLW Precision Forgings has agreed to acquire at least 54% of shares and voting rights in NOVELIC d.o.o., a Serbian provider of mmWave radar sensors and perception solutions, for EUR 40.5 million.
