Survitec Group merges with Wilhelmsen's Maritime Protection unit
Maritime Protection AS, a subsidiary of Wilhelmsen Maritime Services, was merged into Survitec Group, which will hold a 20% stake in the combined business. The deal was announced on 3 January 2017.
