Michael Byrne Manufacturing

Michael Byrne Manufacturing has acquired the assets of the Auger Boring Division of American Augers, including inventory, intellectual property, and parts and service warranty support for existing customers. The deal value was not disclosed.

Michael Byrne Manufacturing plans to construct a 10,000-square-foot new building at its site near Mansfield Lahm Regional Airport in Ohio, with a $1.5 million investment. The expansion will create seven additional jobs over three years.
