Gofore acquires technology company Huld for €54.5M
Gofore Oyj has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Finnish technology and design company Huld for a debt-free enterprise value of €54.5 million. The acquisition is expected to be completed by 1 September 2025, pending competition authority approval.
